Ostarine is the mildest and most studied of the SARMs, and the one most people meet first. It binds the androgen receptor selectively in muscle and bone, producing lean tissue and strength without much of the androgenic activity that comes with a steroid. Who is MK2866 (Astera) for?

People cutting or recomposing, and anyone running their first SARM.

MK2866 10 is the same strength from Deus Medical, and the Biaxol capsules add black pepper extract for absorption.

Before you run it. SARMs suppress your own testosterone and they need post-cycle therapy. The idea that they do not is the most expensive piece of misinformation in this category. They are more selective than steroids, which means fewer androgenic side effects, not an absence of suppression. Plan post-cycle therapy before you start and get bloodwork before and after, including lipids and liver markers, both of which SARMs move. Ostarine is at the gentle end of that, and suppression at 10mg is modest for most people, but it is not zero and it climbs with dose. Mild liver enzyme elevation, lipid changes, headaches and some stomach upset are the usual complaints. Keep it away from alcohol and anything else loading the liver. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
