What is PRIMOMED 100 (Methenolone Enanthate)?

PRIMOMED 100 is Primobolan, the mildest injectable most people will ever run and the one you buy for what it does not do.

Also sold as Primobolan, Primobolan Depot, Nibal Injection or metenolone enanthate.

Methenolone is a DHT derivative that cannot aromatise, and it is genuinely mild. That mildness is the whole proposition: very few side effects, no water, no estrogen, and a slow steady effect that holds lean tissue through a deficit. One ampoule is 100mg, so a 400mg week is four ampoules split across two injections.

Under-dosing is the usual mistake. Methenolone is genuinely weak, and 200mg a week will do very little. If the dose it needs is more than you want to spend, this is the wrong compound rather than a bargain.

Who is PRIMOMED 100 for?

People who want lean tissue held through a cut with as few side effects as possible, and who are willing to pay for that. Also one of the very few injectables women run, at much lower doses.

It is the wrong compound for anyone chasing strong results. Almost everything else on this page does more per milligram. Astera Labs sells the same 100mg/ml in a vial, and a 200mg/ml version for the doses this compound actually needs.

Before you run it. The honest caveat is that methenolone is weak. It needs high doses to do much, which makes it one of the most expensive ways to add lean tissue, and people expecting a strong compound are routinely disappointed. What you are buying is the absence of side effects rather than the presence of dramatic results. It does not aromatise, so the estrogen management guide applies to what you run alongside it. It still suppresses your own production, so post-cycle therapy is required, and bloodwork is how you track it. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
