What is SHREDDED AF?

SHREDDED AF is an injectable L-carnitine and choline blend used alongside a cut, to support fat metabolism while you are already in a deficit.

Both compounds work on the transport and processing side of fat metabolism rather than on appetite or stimulation. L-carnitine moves fatty acids into the mitochondria where they get burned for energy, and choline supports lipid metabolism in the liver. Injecting them bypasses the absorption problem that makes oral L-carnitine largely ineffective.

SHREDDED AF benefits

Supports fatty acid transport into the mitochondria, which is the step L-carnitine is actually involved in
Choline supports lipid metabolism and fat processing in the liver
Injectable, which sidesteps the poor oral absorption L-carnitine is known for
No stimulants, so it does not interfere with sleep or stack awkwardly with a pre-workout
Fits into a cutting phase without adding anything hormonal

SHREDDED AF dosage

Dose: 1ml, which is 200mg of actives
Frequency: 2 to 3 times per week
Timing: Around 1 hour before training
Route: Intramuscular only

One millilitre delivers 100mg of L-carnitine and 100mg of choline chloride. Adjust frequency rather than dose: three times a week during a hard cut, twice when the deficit is smaller.

Package content

Vial: 10ml sterile multidose

At 1ml per dose that is 10 doses per vial, so one vial covers roughly three to five weeks depending on frequency.

Who is SHREDDED AF for?

People already running a cut who want support on the metabolic side without adding a stimulant or anything hormonal. It suits the back half of a diet, when the deficit is doing the work and you want to keep the process moving.

It is a poor fit if you are looking for the thing that starts the fat loss. This supports a deficit, it does not create one. Without the diet underneath it, there is nothing for it to support.

Intramuscular only. The vial is labelled for intramuscular use. Injecting L-carnitine into subcutaneous tissue is a common cause of stinging, redness and lumps that take days to settle. Use a proper intramuscular site and rotate between them, which the injection technique guide covers. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to use SHREDDED AF

Draw 1ml and inject intramuscularly, roughly an hour before training. Rotate between glutes, quads and delts across the week rather than using the same site each time.
