What is CLOMIMED 50 (Clomiphene Citrate)?

CLOMIMED 50 is clomiphene, the SERM that pushes hardest on restarting your own testosterone production after a cycle.

Clomiphene is a SERM. At the pituitary it blocks estrogen’s negative feedback, so your body reads estrogen as low and raises LH and FSH to compensate. That signal is what restarts your own testosterone production. It is a mixture of two isomers, enclomiphene and zuclomiphene, and only the first does the useful work. Who is CLOMIMED 50 for?

Anyone finishing a suppressive cycle, which is effectively anyone who ran testosterone, a 19-nor, an oral or a SARM. Clomiphene is the option that pushes recovery hardest.

If the visual or mood side effects put you off, ENCLOMIMED 25 is the purified isomer without them, and tamoxifen is the gentler alternative. Astera Labs sells the same 50mg strength in a sachet.

Before you run it. A SERM and an aromatase inhibitor are not interchangeable and mixing them up is the most common mistake in this category. An aromatase inhibitor stops estrogen being made and belongs on cycle. A SERM blocks estrogen at the receptor in some tissues while leaving it alone in others, which is what makes it the post-cycle tool. You want estrogen present during recovery, so running an aromatase inhibitor through post-cycle therapy works directly against the thing you are trying to do. Clomiphene specifically is known for two problems, both from the zuclomiphene isomer that accumulates over weeks. Visual disturbances are real: blurring, trailing lights, difficulty adjusting to the dark. They usually resolve after stopping but there are reports of them persisting, so treat them as a reason to stop rather than something to push through. Mood swings and emotional flatness are the other, and they are the reason a lot of people switch to enclomiphene or tamoxifen. Bloodwork is how you confirm any of this worked. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to use CLOMIMED 50

Swallow one tablet with water at the same time each day. The half-life is long enough that splitting the dose achieves nothing. Begin only once the last compound has cleared.
