Who is Dapoxetine 60 for?

Men who have already used dapoxetine at 30mg and need the higher dose, and anyone happy to halve tablets to start lower.

If this is your first time with it, PRILIMED 30 is the correct starting strength. It is the wrong purchase if the problem is erections rather than timing.

Before you run it. Dapoxetine does nothing for erections. It delays ejaculation and that is all it does. If the problem is getting or keeping an erection, this is the wrong product and a PDE5 inhibitor is what you want. Do not combine it with another SSRI, an SNRI, an MAOI or a triptan, because serotonin syndrome is a genuine risk, and leave at least fourteen days between an MAOI and this. Fainting is the side effect that matters most: dapoxetine can cause a sharp drop in blood pressure on standing, particularly on the first dose, which is why you take it with a full glass of water and avoid alcohol. Nausea, dizziness and headache are common. If you are on an antidepressant, this compound is not for you. Not for anyone under 18, and not for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
