TB500 & BPC157

What is TB-500 and BPC-157 Combined (Astera Labs)?

The Wolverine Stack in one vial: BPC-157 for local repair and TB-500 for systemic healing, pre-blended so it is a single daily injection.

Also sold as the Wolverine Stack or BPC/TB blend.

The two peptides handle different parts of tissue repair, which is why they are run as a pair rather than as alternatives. BPC-157 promotes new blood supply into damaged tissue, which is what usually limits tendon and ligament healing, and it works best near the injury. TB-500 helps repair cells migrate to the damage and appears to reduce scar tissue, and it works systemically wherever you inject it. Combined, you get local and whole-body repair from one shot.

TB-500 & BPC-157 benefits

• Both halves of the standard healing protocol in a single daily injection
• Fixed 2:5 ratio of TB-500 to BPC-157, which matches how the two are normally run together
• Covers blood supply and cell migration, the two limiting steps in soft tissue repair
• One vial to reconstitute and store rather than two
• Not androgenic, so nothing is suppressed and no post-cycle therapy applies

TB-500 and BPC-157 dosage

Starting dose

200mcg TB-500 + 500mcg BPC-157 daily

Most common

400mcg TB-500 + 1mg BPC-157 daily

Higher end

500mcg TB-500 + 1.25mg BPC-157 daily

Frequency

Daily, subcutaneous

Cycle length

8 to 12 weeks, up to 16 for stubborn injuries

Reconstitute with

2 to 2.5ml bacteriostatic water

The ratio is fixed at roughly two parts TB-500 to five parts BPC-157, which is close to how the two are normally run together, so the blend is not an arbitrary mix.

The usual approach is phased rather than flat. Lower dose for weeks 1 and 2, increase through weeks 3 and 4 while repair is most active, then taper back from week 5 onward. Middle doses are where most people sit.

Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. The reconstitution guide covers the method and the dosage calculator works out how much water to add for the dose you want. Our calculator has this product in it and will work out your exact draw.

Who is TB-500 & BPC-157 for?

People working around a soft tissue injury who want both halves of the healing stack without managing two vials, two schedules and two reconstitutions.

If you need to run them independently, for instance BPC-157 daily near an injury while TB-500 loads twice a week, BPC-157 and TB-500 are sold separately.

How to use TB-500 & BPC-157

Reconstitute with 2 to 2.5ml bacteriostatic water and refrigerate once mixed. Inject subcutaneously once daily, near the injured area where the site allows it. Use within 28 days of mixing and do not freeze.
