What is SEMAMED (GLP-1 Receptor Agonist)?
SEMAMED is a GLP-1 receptor agonist. It works by removing your appetite, and how much muscle you keep through it is entirely down to what you do alongside it.
SEMAMED mimics GLP-1, a hormone your gut releases after eating. It slows how fast the stomach empties and acts on the appetite centres in the brain, so you feel full sooner and stay full longer. The effect on food intake is large and it does not rely on willpower, which is why it works where most appetite products do not.
SEMAMED benefits
- Appetite suppression strong enough to change how much you eat without effort
- One subcutaneous injection a week rather than a daily protocol
- Improves blood sugar control alongside the weight loss
- Not androgenic, so nothing is suppressed and no post-cycle therapy applies
SEMAMED dosage
- Weeks 1 to 4
- 0.25mg once weekly
- Weeks 5 to 8
- 0.5mg once weekly
- Weeks 9 onward
- 1mg once weekly, increased only if needed
- Upper end
- 2 to 2.5mg once weekly
- Route
- Subcutaneous, once weekly
- Half-life
- About 7 days
The titration schedule is the protocol. Starting at 0.25mg for a month is not caution for its own sake, it is what makes the nausea manageable. People who skip ahead usually spend the first fortnight unable to eat at all, which is not the same thing as controlled appetite suppression.
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water. The reconstitution guide covers the method and the dosage calculator works out how much water to add for the dose you want.

Who is SEMAMED for?
People for whom appetite is what repeatedly ends a diet, and who are willing to train and eat protein through the weight loss rather than simply eating less of everything.
That second part is the difference between a good outcome and a bad one here. If you want the last few kilograms off an already lean physique, this is the wrong tool and yohimbine or clenbuterol suit that job better.
How to use SEMAMED
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and store the vial refrigerated once mixed. Inject subcutaneously into the abdomen, thigh or upper arm, once a week on the same day. Rotate the site each week.
